FEELING DISCOURAGED? READ THIS.
Ever set yourself out to do something really amazing that you know would work? You put yourself through planning and execute when suddenly life throws you curveballs when you least expect it.
Getting caught off guard during this stage can either make you, or break you.
Challenges can be predicted, or let’s just say, expected. There’s no plan that we can execute 100% flawlessly or without any bumps along the way. But we have an option to let it shape us to be who we are meant to be or break us and retreat our journey. The latter is not an option especially if you know in your heart that this is what you’re meant to do.
Let these things MAKE YOU A SUCCESS in your own right.
Don’t be discouraged. Don’t give up the good fight. Stay on the right track because that means you’re a step closer to having your breakthrough.
Let yourself wallow, or rest. Whatever it is you need for your soul to realign, do it. If that means taking a day or a week off to reconstruct your mindset, allow yourself to take that chance and don’t feel guilty about it.
But don’t stay there, keep moving. Little by little and things will change for the better again.
Every success story you see now has a back story that had some trials and tribulations that is attached to it. Don’t compare your journey to others.
Sometimes giving up seems like the easy thing to do because fighting through the trenches seems impossible. But like all of the adversities in life – once we get past it and turn the corner, what do we say, “Thank God I didn’t give up or I wouldn’t have been able to see the Aha moment at the end of the tunnel. I didn’t self destruct, I fought my way through it.”
Don’t get distracted, stay focused by any means necessary. Put your blinders on. Stay on track. No one said this journey was filled with Rose’s & Cigars sometimes shit gets real in the field.
Continue to stand strong,
Andrea Jackson
