REGURGITATING – STOP IT. LET’S HEAL.
Let’s STOP Regurgitating the same shit.
It’s okay to use our past as ammunition to make us a stronger and better version of ourselves. Hell, that’s what I did for every adversity I have been through in life or I wouldn’t be here today.
Thank God I knew the power in that. But, if you have not learned this as yet, and you continue to regurgitate your pain and it’s pulling you down further into pain, depression, and anger – then that means you haven’t healed from it. And you have not gotten over it yet, which is not wrong, we all heal differently.
If you haven’t you must seek assistance so that you can come to a place where you can learn to cope and use this pain as your strength to do something great for yourself. If you don’t, it will only destroy you. My dear, you are too STRONG for that. You see when we continue to chew the same thing over and over again.
The pain only worsened it doesn’t serve any purpose.
But by spitting it out you regain your power by saying “I know what happened, I cannot change it but I change how to move going forward.”
You control the narrative my dear you hold POWER go get your power back.
