MENTAL HEALTH = MENTAL FREEDOM
The best investment you can ever make in yourself is in your mental health. It’s something that we all have battled with at some point and time in our lives. The question that goes through my mind today is why in this day and age are people still fearful to talk about mental health and their mental wellbeing? Why aren’t we open to having this discussion honestly without fear of judgement?
I believe people are fearful of the stigmatism that society has set which is false. We as humans have this power of projecting our own emotions we have about ourselves onto others. It’s something that can cause and has caused major damage to many lives – even if it’s not intentional, the power of energy is real.
Living a life feeling trapped in your own mind is not living, it’s slowly killing you. This is why the suicide rate is so high. We as people feel we don’t have a way out of our minds but I am here to tell you we do with the necessary help from a team built with a psychologist, psychiatrist, family, friends, and life coaches + healthy lifestyle and mindfulness. A clean slate to your mental health is possible as long as you are willing to do the work it’s going to take to unpacking of your luggage to fulfill this accomplishment.
We all have overpacked our suitcase at some point lets take time unpacking it and putting things back in their proper place; it’s never too late to heal.
